Flights & transfers
Read the transfer guidance carefully before entering your flights.
Arrival: We recommend arriving at Venice Marco Polo (VCE) by 08:30 on Sunday, 2 August 2026 to join the group transfer to Corvara. If you cannot make this connection, note your actual arrival and we will coordinate separately.

Participant liability waiver & assumption of risk
AVANTI TOURS, LLC — PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. By registering for and participating in an Avanti Tours, LLC ("Avanti") cycling tour, camp, or related activity (the "Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that cycling, whether on paved roads, gravel roads, trails, or mixed terrain, involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to: • Traffic, road hazards, uneven surfaces, gravel, potholes, debris • Mechanical failure of bicycles or equipment • Weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and altitude • Physical exertion, fatigue, dehydration, illness, or injury • Actions or inactions of other riders, motorists, pedestrians, or animals • Limited access to immediate medical care in remote locations I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in the Event, including risks that may result from negligence. 2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Avanti Tours, LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, guides, volunteers, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to: • Personal injury • Illness or death • Property damage or loss This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. 3. MEDICAL FITNESS & RESPONSIBILITY I certify that: • I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event • I have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe, or I have disclosed them to Avanti in advance • I am responsible for monitoring my own health, hydration, nutrition, and effort during the Event I understand that Avanti is not responsible for diagnosing, treating, or monitoring medical conditions, and that medical support may be limited or unavailable during certain portions of the Event. 4. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY I acknowledge that: • Cycling equipment may fail, regardless of inspection or maintenance • I am responsible for ensuring proper bike fit, pedals, helmet use, and safe operation • Rental equipment, if used, is accepted "as is" I agree to wear an approved cycling helmet at all times while riding. 5. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES & INSTRUCTIONS I agree to: • Follow all local laws, traffic regulations, and tour rules • Ride in a safe, predictable manner • Follow instructions from Avanti guides and staff I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund. 6. TRAVEL & INTERNATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT I understand that this Event may take place outside my home country and that: • Emergency response times may differ from what I am accustomed to • I am responsible for travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws I strongly acknowledge the recommendation to carry travel and medical insurance. 7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE I grant Avanti the right to use photographs, video, or other media captured during the Event for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes without compensation. 8. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Avanti Tours, LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 9. CANCELLATION — IF YOU CANCEL Your trip deposit is partially refundable and fully transferable up until 120 days before departure. Days Prior to Trip / Cancellation Fee: • More than 121 days: 50% of Deposit (100% transferable as travel credit for 12 months) • Between 91-120 days: 100% of Deposit • Between 61-90 days: 30% of Trip Price • Between 31-60 days: 60% of Trip Price • Between 0-30 days: 100% of Trip Price 10. CANCELLATION — IF AVANTI TOURS CANCELS Avanti Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel under extraordinary or unavoidable circumstances including dangerous weather, natural disasters, war, pandemics, civil unrest, or if minimum guest numbers are not met. In such cases, Avanti will issue a full refund minus transaction fees and any equipment or clothing purchased. 11. CAMP / EVENT POLICIES • Payments cannot be transferred to another individual • No discounts, refunds, or exchanges for missed portions of the tour • Avanti Tours, LLC reserves the right to modify the schedule at its sole discretion • If unsatisfied with your experience, notify a guide or camp manager during the Event — refunds will not be issued after the tour has commenced TRAVEL PROTECTION: We strongly recommend travel insurance including Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, purchased promptly after booking. Many guests have used Trawick Insurance, available on the WeTravel website. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW, I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
