Avanti was born out of a lifelong love for endurance sports, adventure, and the open road. Founders Patrick McCrann and Jeffrey Capobianco bring decades of experience as athletes, coaches, and travelers to create cycling journeys that go far beyond the ordinary.

We ride hard in the morning, so the rest of the day feels earned. Post-ride is for great meals, exploring, and celebrating — and those moments hit differently when you’ve already put in the work. We play as hard as we bike, but the ride always sets the tone.

Our shared passion for pushing physical limits, exploring new landscapes, and immersing ourselves in diverse cultures forms the bedrock of Avanti’s philosophy. We measure vacations in miles and elevation gain, not hours by the pool. We design cycling adventures where the ride comes first — culture, food, and local life are woven into the journey as fuel for the ride ahead, not as distractions from it.  

We understand, firsthand, the transformative power of a well-planned and executed cycling tour – the exhilaration of conquering challenging climbs, the joy of discovering hidden gems, and the camaraderie forged among like-minded individuals.

Having experienced the shortcomings of many conventional tours – including rushed itineraries, impersonal service, and uninspired, “cookie-cutter” routes – we envisioned a different approach. We built Avanti to be the antithesis of these experiences, meticulously designing every detail to ensure a seamless experience.
